• Pantarei is a method of bodywork that combines touch, movement and verbal communication. By engaging all these levels, we tap into the deep physical, emotional and psychological resources that are already present in your system. This is a process of freeing up the parts of yourself that may have been restricted, suppressed or hurt - often including some of our most unique qualities and gifts.

While sessions can look very different person-to-person, I help my clients to feel and integrate emotion, break cycles of shame and hiding, and reclaim a secure and affirmative sense of self. From a place of fierce compassion, we will meet and unburden mechanisms of protection and conditioning that no longer serve you and allow for a freer expression of who you are.

You will always be received as a person. Not as a symptom, a trauma, a pattern or a problem. A Pantarei process will never be about ‘fixing’. We will witness, feel, shed, trust and allow; making space for who you already are and the gifts you have to offer life. This is where the magic happens: finding safety in and allowing for you to be you. This can feel like reclaiming our birthright - feeling at home in who you are.

  • A first session with me is 90 minutes.

Follow-up sessions are 60-80 minutes. Sessions generally include:

    • 15-30 minutes for a conversation about you - who you are, what you love, your past experiences, etc. A theme for our session may organically arise from this conversation, but you are also welcome to bring a specific subject/theme/experience that you would love to explore in the session.

    • 30-45 minutes of hands-on bodywork - this is where we let the body do its magic. You are invited to let your body move and respond to my touch.

    • 10 minute rest, for you to digest your experience alone.

    • 5 minute follow-up conversation, questions, reflections, take aways.

You are an active participant at every point in the session - expect to be moving, speaking, and feeling all throughout our sessions together.

  • Rates: I work with a sliding scale between 60-100 euros. This scale reflects (a more affordable version of) the “market price” for psychosomatic bodywork in Amsterdam and most other European cities, which is generally offered for between 90-140 euros per session.

You are free to choose a flat rate along my standard scale that will apply to all your sessions (unless something changes in your life situation/costs of living) based on what you can give.

You are welcome to pay with cash after each session, or via an invoice at the end of the month (for all sessions of that month).

I always make free or donation-based slots available. These slots are primarily for people who are lower-income, experiencing unemployment, housing insecurity, displacement or any other kind of crisis. If a rate along my sliding scale is not feasible for you for any reason, please let me know - this option is always available.

Location: I give sessions from my home in Amsterdam Oost. Full address upon session booking. I also work in Berlin and Athens on a semi-regular basis; please feel free to inquire about dates for Berlin/Athens.

  • Everything Flows

    Pantarei means ‘Everything Flows’.

We all know the feeling of being stuck, overwhelmed, fearful or frustrated. Blocked emotion or energy can be a great source of suffering. But even ‘negative’ emotions or ‘patterns’ can flow and transform. When we allow ourselves to fully feel and move through an emotion, we are often left feeling clear and energised. When we meet our difficult emotions or undesired patterns with curiosity, we can tap into the intelligence of our deepest wounds.

I truly believe that each of my clients already has all the resources they need to navigate whatever they are facing - I help by listening with empathy, bringing energy and attention to the body, and guiding you to meet your total self with compassion and respect.

  • We are not Alone

My clients are loving daughters, community-activists, social entrepreneurs, committed partners and parents - each of them is learning to care for themselves and respond with care to their surroundings. We are not alone. Our personal processes ripple out and effect the bigger circles of our lives.

I believe allowing all aspects of who we are is important for building a safer, more loving world. People grow into maturity and alignment when we learn that we don’t have to hide, repress or feel ashamed for our impulses, needs, desires or feelings.

To restore the social web of our dysfunctional society will require building personal and collective capacity for resilience and responsability. An important part of this process is integrating our past experiences & connecting to what makes us feel alive today.

I love working with people who want to show-up for life, for others and for themselves.
